Why this site exists
Most HighLevel content is written by affiliates who stop at the plan price. The plan is the smallest part of the bill for many agencies: phone minutes, text messages, email sends, Voice AI minutes and the AI Employee add-on are charged on top, and they are what decide whether a client account makes money. We built AgencyStack to put those numbers in one place, with a cost calculator that adds them up before you commit.
Who writes the guides
Zaib Khan founded AgencyStack. Zaib builds AI voice agents that answer the phone for restaurants and local service businesses, and runs lead generation sites for trades. He reads the HighLevel help center and changelog so agency owners do not have to, and checks every price on this site against the official pages.
That background matters for the AI pages in particular. Voice agents are priced per minute, and the gap between what a call costs you and what you charge a client is the whole business. We write about that from the point of view of someone who has had to price it.
What we do not claim
We are not HighLevel and are not affiliated with HighLevel Inc. We do not publish made-up test results, invented screenshots or fake user reviews. Where a figure comes from HighLevel, we link the official page. Where it comes from a third party, we say so. Where something is our opinion, it reads as opinion. How the site makes money
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you start a HighLevel trial through one and later pay, HighLevel may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra. It never changes a price we publish or a verdict we give. The details are on our affiliate disclosure.
