How we review
Our method, our sources and the rules we hold ourselves to.
We earn a commission if you buy HighLevel through our links, at no extra cost to you. How we make money
1. Official sources first
Every plan price, usage rate and feature claim starts with HighLevel's own pages: the pricing page, the help center at help.gohighlevel.com, the changelog and the official blog. We link the page we used at the bottom of each guide so you can check it yourself.
2. Third-party data is labelled
Review scores come from G2, Capterra and Trustpilot, and we quote the score, the number of reviews and the date we looked. Complaints and praise from Reddit and forums are summarized as patterns, not presented as facts about the product.
3. The whole bill, not the headline price
We model the real monthly cost of running client accounts: plan fee, phone and text usage, email sends, AI features and any add-ons. That is what the cost calculator does, and every rate it uses is listed under the tool with its source.
4. Comparisons are like for like
When we compare HighLevel with ClickFunnels, HubSpot or other alternatives, we compare the plans an agency would actually buy, at list price, on the same date.
5. No invented experience
We do not claim tests we did not run, results we did not measure or customers we do not have. Opinions and verdicts are labelled as ours.
6. Money does not buy a verdict
We earn affiliate commission from some links (see the disclosure). That never decides a score, a ranking or which drawbacks we mention. Every review lists the downsides we found in public reviews and official documentation.
7. Dates and corrections
Each guide shows the date it was last checked. When HighLevel changes a price or feature, we update the page and the date. Found an error? Email us through the contact page.
