The short answer
The best GoHighLevel alternatives depend on the job. For white-label agency software, look at Vendasta, SuiteDash, Vbout or ActiveCampaign's reseller program. For funnels and courses, ClickFunnels, Kartra and Systeme.io. For a CRM or marketing suite for one business, HubSpot, Keap or Zoho CRM. Cheaper at list price: Systeme.io (free plan), Zoho CRM (free for 3 users), SuiteDash and ActiveCampaign (from $19). HighLevel's edge is combining unlimited client accounts, built-in texting and calling, AI phone agents and white-label in one month-to-month plan.

White-label platforms for agencies
These four let you put your own brand on the software, which matters most if you sell it to clients as part of your service.
Vendasta
Vendasta has no fixed subscription. You commit to a monthly minimum spend on its own products: $99 on Starter with no contract, $499 on Professional and $999 on Premium, both on one-year contracts. White-label starts at Professional. Every plan includes unlimited client accounts, a CRM, a marketplace of 250+ products and services at wholesale, and an AI workforce (AI Receptionist, Reputation Specialist, Sales Assistant) you can resell under your brand.
Pick it instead of HighLevel if your agency sells packaged products such as listings, reviews, SEO and social to many local businesses and wants vendor fulfillment. Trade-off: white-label means a one-year commitment, your own team seats are capped (1, 5 or 10 by plan), and wholesale product prices are not public. Full breakdown: GoHighLevel vs Vendasta.
SuiteDash
SuiteDash charges a flat price, not per user: Start at $19 a month ($15 billed annually), Thrive at $49 ($40) and Pinnacle at $99 ($80). Every plan includes unlimited CRM contacts, unlimited staff, unlimited client portals, white-labeling and a custom branded mobile app. It covers client portals, projects and tasks, invoicing and subscriptions, e-signatures, file sharing and appointment booking, with drip email, proposals, an LMS and support tickets on higher plans.
Pick it instead of HighLevel if you run a service agency and the thing clients need most is a branded portal for projects, files, invoices and contracts. Trade-off: its pricing page lists no texting, phone calling or AI phone agents, so it does not replace HighLevel's communication tools for local businesses.
Vbout
Vbout has a free plan (500 emails a month) and paid business plans that scale with email volume. Its agency setup adds sub-accounts, an agency reseller portal and a White Label add-on at $95 a month. Features include email marketing, automation, landing pages, social media management, pipelines, calendar booking and an AI chatbot that can run on Messenger, SMS and WhatsApp on higher plans.
Pick it instead of HighLevel if you want white-label email, social and automation for clients without a phone system. Trade-off: its pricing page lists no phone calling. Price note: Vbout loads prices with JavaScript, and the numbers differed between views when we checked (for example, a Starter plan at $50 in one view and $199 in another, and different base prices for the same 10 sub-account agency tier). We only quote the white-label add-on, which was consistent. Check the live Vbout pricing page before you budget.
ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign prices by contacts. At 1,000 contacts, Starter is $19 a month ($15 billed annually), Plus $59 ($49), Pro $99 ($79) and Enterprise $179 ($145). It is strongest at email marketing and automation, with 950+ automation recipes and its Active Intelligence AI tools; SMS is a paid add-on. Its published reseller partner agreement includes a White Label Reseller Program that lets resellers rebrand accounts and use their own domain. White-label pricing is not on the pricing page, so confirm current terms with its partner team.
Pick it instead of HighLevel if email automation is the core of what you sell and you want deep segmentation. Trade-off: it is email-first, with no phone calling on its pricing page, and costs climb as client lists grow.
Funnel and course platforms
These three are built for one brand selling its own offers online. None is white-labeled on its pricing page, and Systeme.io offers it only on request.
ClickFunnels
Launch is $97 a month ($81 billed annually) for 1 workspace, 2 team members, 10,000 contacts and 50,000 emails a month. Scale ($197), Optimize ($297) and Dominate ($5,997 a year) raise those limits up to 20 workspaces and 400,000 contacts. Every plan includes unlimited funnels, checkout, courses and email.
Pick it instead of HighLevel if you sell your own courses or products and want funnels, checkout and included email at a fixed price. Trade-off: texting needs your own Twilio or Bandwidth account, calling is not listed, white-label is an open feature request, and contacts and workspaces are capped. Full breakdown: GoHighLevel vs ClickFunnels.
Kartra
Essentials is $59 a month ($52 billed annually) for 500 contacts, with a 5% transaction fee on sales. Starter ($119, or $99 annually) raises that to 2,500 contacts with unlimited email and SMS and no transaction fee. Growth ($229) and Professional ($549) go to 12,500 and 25,000 contacts. Depending on plan, it includes pages, checkouts, memberships and courses, video hosting, calendars, affiliate management and a helpdesk, and there is a 14 day free trial.
Pick it instead of HighLevel if you sell courses, memberships or coaching and want video hosting, checkout and a helpdesk in one login. Trade-off: pricing climbs with contacts, and it is built for one brand rather than many client accounts.
Systeme.io
The free plan covers 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels and 1 course. Startup is $17 a month (5,000 contacts), Webinar $47 (10,000) and Unlimited $97 (unlimited contacts), with lower annual prices. All plans include unlimited email sends and no transaction fees. White label is available on request, with no public price.
Pick it instead of HighLevel if you are starting out and selling a course or digital product on a small budget. Trade-off: texting runs through a Twilio integration, the pricing page lists no phone system, and it is aimed at creators more than agencies.
CRMs and marketing suites
These three are sold per business. They suit a single company better than an agency running many clients, and none lists a white-label option.
HubSpot
Marketing Hub Starter is $20 per seat a month at list, with 1,000 marketing contacts. Professional is $890 a month ($800 billed annually) with 3 seats and 2,000 marketing contacts, plus a required $3,000 onboarding fee. It is strong on reporting and attribution, has a large app marketplace, and offers a Solutions Partner Program for agencies.
Pick it instead of HighLevel if your client is a mid-sized company with an in-house team that will own the account. Trade-off: no white-label, pricing that grows with seats and contacts, and texting only as a Professional add-on. Full breakdown: GoHighLevel vs HubSpot.
Keap
Keap sells one plan: $299 a month, or $249 a month billed annually, with 1,500 contacts and 2 users, plus a required implementation package listed at $1,500. It includes a CRM, email and US text marketing, a dedicated business phone line for calls and texts, landing pages and forms, appointments, invoicing and pipelines.
Pick it instead of HighLevel if you run one service business and want a CRM with guided setup and automation templates. Trade-off: it is priced per business with contact limits, and the setup fee and contact caps make it expensive to repeat across many clients.
Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is free for up to 3 users. Paid editions are priced per user: Standard $20 a month ($14 billed annually), Professional $35 ($23), Enterprise $50 ($40) and Ultimate $65 ($52). Plans include workflows, AI agents, cadences, reports and forecasting, and Enterprise adds the Zia AI sales assistant.
Pick it instead of HighLevel if you run a sales team that wants a customizable CRM at a low per-user price, especially if you already use other Zoho apps. Trade-off: landing pages, email campaigns and bookings are separate Zoho apps, and every user adds cost.
Cheaper than GoHighLevel?
For one business, several tools start below HighLevel's $97 a month: Systeme.io (free, then $17), Zoho CRM (free for 3 users, then $20 per user), SuiteDash and ActiveCampaign ($19), HubSpot Starter ($20 per seat) and Kartra ($59). What you usually give up is the phone side: none of these cheaper plans includes a business phone system, and none lists an AI phone agent on its pricing page.
For an agency, the math flips as clients grow. HighLevel Unlimited is $297 a month for unlimited client sub-accounts, users and contacts. ClickFunnels caps you at 10 workspaces for the same price, Vendasta's white-label tier starts with a $499 monthly minimum, and per-business tools charge again for every client. HighLevel does add usage: texts at $0.00747 a segment plus carrier fees, calls at $0.01165 a minute inbound and email at $0.675 per 1,000. Our GoHighLevel pricing guide lists every rate, and the cost calculator totals them for your client list.
When HighLevel is still the better pick
- You serve local businesses that live on the phone. Dentists, trades, med spas and real estate teams need texting, missed-call text-back, reviews and booked appointments in one place.
- You want AI to answer client phones. Voice AI costs $0.06 a minute before AI tokens and phone charges, or $97 a month per client for unlimited use under fair use.
- You want white-label without a contract. HighLevel is month to month, and white-label is included from Unlimited.
- You want to sell software, not just services. SaaS Mode on Agency Pro ($497 a month) lets you sell your own plans and rebill usage with markup. See our SaaS Mode guide.
- You add clients often. Snapshots copy a whole account setup into a new sub-account, and there are no seat or contact fees.
HighLevel is not the easiest tool to learn, and usage costs sit on top of the plan, so try it on one real client before moving everyone. HighLevel's standard trial is 14 days on every plan.

Questions
What's better than GoHighLevel?
It depends on the job. For selling your own courses and products, ClickFunnels or Kartra are more focused. For one company's marketing with deep reporting, HubSpot. For reselling a catalog of products to local businesses, Vendasta. For branded client portals and project billing, SuiteDash. For an agency running marketing, texting, calls and AI for many local clients under its own brand, we did not find one that covers all of that in a single month-to-month plan.
Is there a free version of GoHighLevel?
No. HighLevel has no free plan. It offers a 14 day free trial on every plan, with a card required, and billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel. Usage fees for texts and calls can apply during the trial. If you need a free tool, Systeme.io has a free plan up to 2,000 contacts, Zoho CRM is free for 3 users, and HubSpot has free CRM tools. Our GoHighLevel free trial guide covers the details.
What does GoHighLevel replace?
For a typical agency client, HighLevel covers a CRM and pipelines, a website and funnel builder, email and SMS marketing, a business phone line, a shared inbox, booking calendars, review requests, social scheduling, courses and memberships, invoices and payments, and AI chat and voice agents. Whether it fully replaces a specialist tool depends on how deeply you use that tool.
What is the best GoHighLevel alternative for agencies?
For agencies that resell software under their own brand, Vendasta is the closest alternative: unlimited client accounts, white-label from its Professional plan, AI employees and a wholesale marketplace. SuiteDash is the lower-cost white-label pick if client portals and project management matter more than texting and calls. Vbout and ActiveCampaign offer white-label for email-led agencies.
Is there a cheaper alternative to GoHighLevel?
At list price, yes for a single business: Systeme.io (free, then $17 a month), Zoho CRM (free for 3 users), SuiteDash and ActiveCampaign ($19 a month) and HubSpot Starter ($20 per seat) all start below HighLevel's $97. Most of them leave out a built-in phone system, texting and AI phone agents. For an agency with many clients, HighLevel Unlimited at $297 a month for unlimited sub-accounts is often cheaper than paying per client.
Which GoHighLevel alternatives can be white-labeled?
From this list: Vendasta (from Professional), SuiteDash (every plan), Vbout (a $95 a month add-on), and ActiveCampaign (through its White Label Reseller Program). Systeme.io offers white label on request. ClickFunnels, HubSpot, Keap, Kartra and Zoho CRM list no white-label option on their pricing pages.
