Once connected, new Google reviews sync into Conversations in near real time and also appear in the Reputation tab, so you can answer them without leaving HighLevel. When several GBP pages share one sub-account, each review shows the page it came from, and the page name also appears on your reply. Pair the integration with Reviews AI if you want suggested replies: on pay per use, HighLevel charges $0.01 per AI-assisted reply sent, and the suggestions themselves are free. Answering every review, good or bad, within a day or two is the habit this makes easy.

Call tracking and missed call text back

GBP call tracking changes the phone number on the listing. If the listing already shows a LeadConnector number from the sub-account, nothing changes. Otherwise HighLevel moves the current number to the secondary slot, puts a LeadConnector number in the primary slot and, where needed, sets the old number as the forwarding destination. Calls from Google then pass through HighLevel, so they are tracked, and Missed Call Text Back can text a caller the business did not answer. The sub-account must already have a phone number, or the setup will not complete.

Editing the listing from HighLevel

The GBP Optimization screen in the Reputation tab lets you update the business name and description, profile, cover and extra photos, categories and services, attributes, address, hours, opening date and phone number, with a live preview. A built-in profile score checks how complete the listing is and flags gaps with alert icons and guidance. You can also add WhatsApp and text contact options and links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X and Pinterest to the listing, a replacement for Google Business Messages, which has ended. Google validates changes before they show publicly.

Several locations and the access you need

One sub-account can hold several GBP pages, which suits a business with a few branches run by one team: reviews from every page land in one Reputation tab and one Conversations view, each labeled by page, and contacts show their source. Locations run by separate teams are better kept in separate sub-accounts. To connect, sign in with a Google account that has Owner or Manager access to each location, and the business must already have a verified profile. HighLevel's Online Listings add-on, at $30 a month per sub-account, is a separate product and is not needed for this integration.
