The short answer
HighLevel has a Kajabi Importer for courses. It signs in to your Kajabi site with a learner login and copies published lessons, videos, images and text into HighLevel Courses. Quizzes, assignments, assessments and unpublished lessons stay behind. Email designs can be pulled in with HighLevel's email import, and contacts move by CSV.
Before you run the Kajabi Importer
The importer reads your course the way a student would, so it needs a learner account. Create a new learner profile (a new contact) on your Kajabi site and note its email, password and the domain where learners sign in; HighLevel checks that the domain followed by /login opens a login page. HighLevel recommends avoiding custom CSS, backing up your Kajabi theme first and running the import outside busy hours. The article names Encore Site and Premier Product as the preferred themes for the Library and Product sections, and lists an incorrect theme as a common reason an import fails.
Run the course import
In HighLevel, go to Memberships, Courses, Products, then Create Product and choose Import. Enter the learner email and password, add the learner domain and click Import. The importer signs in and starts copying; click Refresh for an accurate progress status, and keep the tab or window open while it runs (switching tabs is fine). Imported courses appear under Products, and the Import section shows when the last run took place. If a run fails, Retry resumes where it stopped, but a canceled run starts again from the beginning. HighLevel says the importer now follows Show More buttons and nested categories, so re-running an older import can pick up lessons it missed.
Emails, contacts and what you rebuild
For email designs, open Marketing, Emails, Templates, click New, choose Import Email with AI and pick Kajabi as the source. HighLevel shows a generated address; send the Kajabi email to it as a test, then return, choose the design or code editor and continue. HighLevel says Email AI can make mistakes, so check links, images and personalization before any send. Contacts come over as a CSV file through the standard contact import. Quizzes, assignments, assessments and anything unpublished must be recreated by hand, and you still need to decide how each course is sold and delivered in HighLevel before pointing students at it.
