Prompt tips
- Tip 1Paste your full fee table into the knowledge base, including square footage bands, age surcharges and add-ons, so every quote matches the invoice.
- Tip 2Tell the agent to always ask for the contingency deadline and to flag any booking that leaves less than two days for the report.

Rules to watch
State licensing and standards of practice. Inspector licensing is set by each state.
