The short answer
GoHighLevel vs Bitrix24 comes down to what you need to run. Bitrix24 is the better fit for companies that want CRM, internal chat, projects and a website in one low-cost workspace for a large team. HighLevel is the better fit for agencies and local businesses focused on lead follow-up, reviews and booked appointments rather than internal collaboration. Bitrix24's Free plan is $0; HighLevel starts at $97 a month with usage billed on top.
Bitrix24 is an all-in-one business workspace: CRM, tasks and projects, chat and video calls, a contact center, a website builder and an online store in one account. Unlike most CRMs, it is priced per organization rather than per user. Basic covers 5 users for $49 a month billed annually, Standard covers 50 users for $99, Professional covers 100 users for $199, and Enterprise starts at 250 users for $399. A free plan covers 1 to 2 users, and a self-hosted edition is sold separately. It suits companies that want CRM and internal collaboration in one tool.

Where Bitrix24 is stronger
Bitrix24 advantages
- Flat pricing per organization: 50 users on Standard work out to about $2 each a month on annual billing.
- CRM sits next to tasks, projects, chat, video calls and document storage.
- A website builder, landing pages with capture forms and an online store are part of the platform.
- A self-hosted edition exists for companies that must run software on their own servers, and the cloud version offers a 15-day trial.
Where Bitrix24 falls short
- Email marketing, call tracking and booking only arrive on Professional at $199 a month billed annually.
- Calls run through a telephony integration, and the FAQ says telephony is available only on paid plans.
- Custom branding is limited to Enterprise, and no agency sub-account or resale program is listed.
- No AI voice agent, review requests or course hosting is listed, while HighLevel includes reviews and courses and sells Voice AI.
Where HighLevel is stronger
HighLevel puts CRM, funnels, websites, two-way texting, calling, review requests, courses and an AI phone agent in one login, and agencies can put their own brand on it from the Unlimited plan. The trade-off is a steeper learning curve and usage charges on top of the plan, which our cost calculator adds up. For the full picture read our GoHighLevel review.
Who should pick which
| Choose Bitrix24 | Companies that want CRM, internal chat, projects and a website in one low-cost workspace for a large team. |
|---|---|
| Choose HighLevel | Agencies and local businesses focused on lead follow-up, reviews and booked appointments rather than internal collaboration. |
Switching
Bitrix24 holds more than CRM data, so list what you actually use before moving. Export leads, contacts, companies and deals to CSV and import them into HighLevel, mapping deal stages to a pipeline. Chat history, documents and HR records do not map to HighLevel's CRM, so keep them in Bitrix24 or move them to another tool. Rebuild web forms, landing pages and automation rules in HighLevel before pointing your website at the new forms.
Verdict
Bitrix24 gives a lot of software for the money, especially for larger teams, because pricing is per organization and bundles collaboration tools with the CRM. It is a workspace first, and marketing features such as email campaigns and call tracking sit on the Professional plan. HighLevel is narrower as an internal tool but deeper on customer follow-up, with its own texting and phone service, review requests, courses, Voice AI and client sub-accounts for agencies. A 40-person company wanting one intranet and CRM will find Bitrix24 hard to beat on price. An agency, or a local business that lives on calls and texts, will be better served by HighLevel.
