The short answer

Create a booking calendar first, then build a funnel under Sites, Funnels and drop the Calendar element onto a page to show that calendar. Connect your domain, publish, and add a workflow for confirmations and reminders. The Calendar element saves you from pasting embed code, and HighLevel's help center covers each piece.

Step 1: set up the calendar

Go to Calendar, then Calendar Settings, click + New Calendar and choose the type; Personal Booking fits one-on-one appointments. Give it a clear name, select the host, check the custom URL, set the appointment length and your available hours, then click Confirm. Calendar settings are grouped into Basic details, Staff and location, Availability, Booking rules and Advanced settings, where you also choose what happens after a custom form is submitted. Connect Google or Outlook on the Connections tab and a video tool on the Video Conferencing tab, so existing meetings block slots and each booking gets a meeting link.

Step 2: build the funnel pages

Open Sites, Funnels and click New Funnel, then choose From Blank, Funnel AI or From Templates; a template is quickest if you need a landing page, a booking page and a thank-you page. On the booking page, add the Calendar element from the page builder and pick your calendar, and HighLevel places it without any embed code. To publish on your own address, go to Settings, Domains, click Connect a Domain, add the DNS records your registrar needs, click Verify Records and link the domain to the funnel. If the page will not load, HighLevel's checklist is to verify the domain, wait for DNS to propagate and confirm the funnel is assigned to it.

Step 3: confirmations, reminders and a live test

Under Automation, click Create Workflow, choose Recipe and pick Appointment Confirmation + Reminder. Edit the confirmation email to include your meeting link, review each action and publish. For extra follow-up, a workflow with the Customer Booked Appointment trigger and an In Calendar filter runs only for bookings on this funnel's calendar; note that it does not fire for recurring appointments. Then open the live page on a phone, book a real slot with your own details, and check that the confirmation arrives, the event appears in your connected calendar and the contact lands in the CRM.
