What is LeadConnector?

The LeadConnector products

LC stands for Lead Connector, and HighLevel's help center uses both names for the same services. Its phone pricing guide says LC Phone rates match Twilio's: a local US number is $1.15 a month and a text segment $0.00747, plus carrier fees. The changelog publishes release notes for the HighLevel and LeadConnector mobile apps together, and the desktop app download page offers both versions.

• LC Phone: HighLevel's own telephony provider for texts and calls inside the CRM, with no Twilio account needed
• LC Email: built-in sending so a business does not need Mailgun or another provider, $0.675 per 1,000 emails
• LeadConnector mobile app: a graylabeled app agencies can give to their users
• LeadConnector desktop app: offered next to the HighLevel desktop app

Why the LeadConnector app exists

HighLevel's mobile apps overview describes the LeadConnector app as graylabeled: it is not purposefully linked to HighLevel, so an agency can hand it to clients without advertising the software underneath. It sits between the HighLevel-branded app and the fully white-labeled mobile app, which is a paid add-on at $497 a month. Agencies choose which app to promote to their sub-accounts. HighLevel's blog calls the app free, which makes it the no-cost option for agencies that want their own brand in front.

LeadConnector on terms and messages

HighLevel's Terms of Service say communication surcharges, the fees for texts, calls and similar services, are subject to the LeadConnector Terms of Service, which LeadConnector, LLC last updated in June 2026. The same HighLevel terms name LeadConnector as one of the marks that others may not use in company or domain names without written permission. So if you meet the name on a phone setup screen, an app store listing or a terms page, it is part of the HighLevel platform rather than a separate product you need to buy.
