The short answer

GoHighLevel for chiropractors works as one system for calls, texts, bookings, reviews and follow-up. A single chiropractic clinic fits on Starter at $97 a month, plus the $297 HIPAA add-on. With our assumed volumes the all-in bill is about $460 a month. An agency running ten chiropractors on Unlimited pays about $95 per business before HIPAA, or $125 with it.

Chiropractic clinics see the same patients often, sometimes several times a week on a care plan, so the phone fills with quick schedule changes that pull the front desk away from check-in. New patient calls arrive in bursts after a weekend of yard work or a car accident, and many callers ask whether insurance or Medicare covers a visit before they book. HighLevel automates visit reminders, reactivation for patients who drop out of their plan, and review requests. A Voice AI agent can absorb routine reschedules and book new patient exams, leaving the chiropractic assistant free for the patients in the room.

Why chiropractors miss leads

These are the calls and messages a typical chiropractic clinic has to catch. Each one is a job, a booking or a sale if someone answers quickly:

  • New patient exam for back or neck pain
  • Reschedule a visit on a care plan
  • Same-day availability
  • Does Medicare or my insurance cover this
  • Auto accident injury appointment
  • Price of a cash visit
  • Massage or other add-on services

Five workflows to build first

  1. Care plan visit remindersSend a text the day before each visit and a short same-day reminder two hours ahead. Patients coming three times a week get one weekly schedule text instead, so reminders do not turn into noise they ignore.
  2. Dropped plan reactivationWhen a patient mid-plan has no visit booked for 21 days, a workflow texts a check-in with a booking link and creates a staff task if there is no reply in two days. The sequence stops as soon as they book.
  3. Missed call text backCalls missed during adjustments get an instant text with a booking link and an option to reply with a preferred time. Front desk staff answer the replies from the shared inbox between patients.
  4. New patient welcome and formsAfter booking, send intake paperwork, what to wear, parking details and how long the first visit takes. Answers save to the contact record, so the doctor sees the reason for the visit before the exam.
  5. Review request after visit fiveAsk for a review after the fifth visit rather than the first, once the patient knows the clinic. Send it to every patient who reaches that visit, since Google prohibits selectively soliciting positive reviews.

HighLevel's workflow builder runs all of these, and missed call text back is usually the quickest win.

Adding an AI receptionist

Voice AI can answer the calls above around the clock, book them into the calendar and pass the hard ones to a person. On our assumptions it costs about $0.16 per answered call, phone line included. What the AI should handle, what it should hand to staff and a sample call are in our guide to an AI receptionist for chiropractors.

Rules to watch

Medicare coverage is narrow. Medicare Part B covers only adjustments of the spine by a chiropractor to correct a subluxation, and does not cover other services or tests a chiropractor orders, such as X-rays or massage therapy. The AI should never tell a Medicare caller that a visit is covered; staff confirm.

HIPAA and the HighLevel add-on. Chiropractors appear on HHS's list of providers that are covered entities when they transmit health information electronically for standard transactions such as claims. If HighLevel will hold visit histories or intake answers, budget for its $297 a month HIPAA package with a business associate agreement, and have the setup reviewed.

Asking for reviews. Google's review policy prohibits discouraging negative reviews, selectively soliciting positive ones, and offering incentives for reviews. Send the same request to every patient and skip gift card or discount offers tied to a review.

General information, not legal advice. Check the rules for your state with a qualified professional.

Software chiropractors often use

ChiroTouch, Jane, ChiroFusion, ChiroSpring, Genesis Chiropractic Software. Check the HighLevel marketplace or ask HighLevel before assuming any of these connect directly.

Which plan

One chiropractic clinic fits on Starter at $97 a month, which includes 3 sub-accounts. Move to Unlimited at $297 if you run more than three locations or brands. Agencies serving many chiropractors should compare Unlimited with Agency Pro and SaaS Mode, which lets you resell and mark up usage.

Questions

What does a chiropractic clinic use GoHighLevel for?
Mostly patient communication: visit reminders, reactivation texts for patients who stopped mid-plan, review requests, a website with booking pages, and missed-call text back. Clinical notes, billing and the master schedule stay in chiropractic EHR software such as ChiroTouch or Jane, so decide early how appointments reach HighLevel.
How much is GoHighLevel for one chiropractor?
The Starter plan costs $97 a month and includes three sub-accounts. A clinic storing patient information adds the $297 a month HIPAA package, and texts, email and calls are billed from a usage wallet. With frequent visits, texting is the usage line to watch, since every reminder is a billed segment plus a carrier fee.
Can GoHighLevel sell chiropractic care plans or visit packages?
HighLevel has invoices, payment links, text-to-pay and payment processors such as Stripe and Square, so a clinic can sell a prepaid visit package or keep a card on file. Track visits remaining in a custom field or in your clinical software, and keep the package terms written and easy to find.
Can GoHighLevel run Facebook ads for a chiropractic clinic?
Yes. Ad Manager covers Google, Facebook and Instagram, and HighLevel now charges no platform fee for it, though ad spend is paid to the ad networks. Leads from ad forms land in the CRM, where a workflow can text them within minutes and offer a new patient slot.
