The short answer
GoHighLevel for tire shops works as one system for calls, texts, bookings, reviews and follow-up. A single tire shop fits on Starter at $97 a month. With our assumed volumes the all-in bill is about $208 a month. An agency running ten tire shops on Unlimited pays about $140 per business.
Tire shops answer the same few questions all day: do you have this size, what does it cost installed, and how long is the wait. Each answer needs a lookup, and while the counter person searches inventory, two more calls ring out. A driver with a nail in the tread buys from whoever answers first. Seasonal changeovers, alignment checks and tire registration add to the pile, so a shop that answers quickly and follows up well keeps customers for many sets of tires.
Why tire shops miss leads
These are the calls and messages a typical tire shop has to catch. Each one is a job, a booking or a sale if someone answers quickly:
- Price and stock for a tire size
- Flat repair or a nail in the tread
- Wait time for mount and balance
- Alignment or rotation
- Seasonal tire changeover
- Road hazard coverage questions
- TPMS light on after new tires
Five workflows to build first
- Written quote by textWhen the counter quotes a set of tires by phone, the details go into HighLevel and a text follows with the brand, size, installed price and a booking link, so the customer has it in writing while comparing shops.
- Rotation remindersA reminder goes out at the interval the shop recommends, counted from the install date, inviting the customer to book a rotation. It fills bays on slow weekdays and gives techs a look at brakes and tread.
- Seasonal changeover campaignWhere winter tires are common, customers who store a second set with the shop get a text in fall and spring to book their swap before the first-snow rush.
- Tire registration reminderFor shops that hand customers a registration form, a text after install reminds them to register with the tire maker, so they hear about any recall.
- Review request after serviceA day after the invoice is paid, customers get a review request. Drivers with a flat pick a shop fast, so a strong recent rating can decide who gets the call.
HighLevel's workflow builder runs all of these, and missed call text back is usually the quickest win.

Adding an AI receptionist
Voice AI can answer the calls above around the clock, book them into the calendar and pass the hard ones to a person. On our assumptions it costs about $0.20 per answered call, phone line included. What the AI should handle, what it should hand to staff and a sample call are in our guide to an AI receptionist for tire shops.
Rules to watch
Tire registration. Federal rules require tire makers to supply registration forms to dealers, and independent dealers must record the tire identification number and their own details on the form and give it to the buyer, so owners can be told about recalls. Make the AI's explanation match what your shop actually does, including any electronic registration.
Recall questions. NHTSA's recall lookup covers vehicles, tires and equipment. When a caller asks whether their tires are recalled, the AI should point them to that lookup or the manufacturer instead of guessing, and log the tire details so staff can check.
General information, not legal advice. Check the rules for your state with a qualified professional.
Software tire shops often use
Tekmetric, Shopmonkey, Mitchell 1, QuickBooks Online. Check the HighLevel marketplace or ask HighLevel before assuming any of these connect directly.
Which plan
One tire shop fits on Starter at $97 a month, which includes 3 sub-accounts. Move to Unlimited at $297 if you run more than three locations or brands. Agencies serving many tire shops should compare Unlimited with Agency Pro and SaaS Mode, which lets you resell and mark up usage.
