The short answer
GoHighLevel Listings is the add-on that publishes a business's name, address, phone number, hours and other details to more than 70 online directories, including Google, Yelp and Bing, and keeps them consistent. It costs $30 a month per sub-account, $150 for six months or $300 for a year. The agency chooses Yext or Uberall as the engine behind it, while clients only see a white-labeled Listings product. Updates usually sync in 24 to 48 hours, some directories take up to a week, and the current billing period is non-refundable.

What Listings does
Local search engines compare a business's details across many sites, and mismatched addresses or old phone numbers weaken trust in the listing. HighLevel Listings pushes one set of business information to 70+ directories and creates backlinks in the process. Because it writes to those profiles directly, it may override edits someone makes by hand on a directory, so HighLevel advises letting Listings manage the profiles. When an update stalls, a force sync option pushes it again on supported publishers, and an analytics dashboard shows listing performance.
Yext or Uberall
The first time an agency opens Listings it picks an engine. Both cover 47 countries and are aimed at businesses with fewer than 50 locations, and both cost the same. HighLevel's comparison rates Uberall lower for entity conflict risk, with automatic duplicate suppression plus task management and data cleansing tools; Yext needs duplicates handled manually. An agency cannot run both engines side by side. Switching later only affects newly created listings; an existing business has to be unsubscribed from the old engine and subscribed again after the agency changes engines.
Reselling and billing
Agencies set a default client price with a slider in the reselling settings, then adjust it per sub-account for negotiated deals. Clients are charged through the agency's Stripe account, while HighLevel bills the agency its wholesale price, so there are two layers of billing. HighLevel also documents a way to switch Listings on for a client without charging them, useful when it is bundled into a local SEO retainer. The annual $300 option saves $60 against paying $30 monthly for twelve months.
Getting a listing approved
Most failed submissions come from data problems rather than the directories. HighLevel's setup guide lists the usual causes: an address formatted incorrectly, an invalid phone number, a business name that does not follow directory rules, and an invalid email address. Clean these up in the sub-account before subscribing, and use the exact name that appears on the business's signage and Google profile. After submission, allow 24 to 48 hours for most sites and up to a week for slower ones before troubleshooting.
