Which networks Social Planner supports

HighLevel's setup guide lists ten destinations: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky and HighLevel Community groups. You need admin or publishing access to each page, profile, channel or location, and a connection has to be re-authorized if the network revokes it. Drafts can be written before any account is connected. X is the notable gap. HighLevel disabled it on December 4, 2024 after X's new API terms would have cost HighLevel about $42,000 a month, and its help article says it is exploring options to bring X back. Agencies whose clients rely on X need a second tool for that network.

Ways to fill the content calendar

Posts can be customized per channel, so the LinkedIn caption can differ from the Instagram one inside a single post. Templates, recurring posts and category queues for evergreen content cover repeat publishing. For volume, the advanced CSV import takes .csv or .xlsx files with up to 90 posts per file, and that 90 is shared across all the outlets in the file. Media must already be in the HighLevel media library; Google Drive links are not accepted. Google Business Profile posts take one image, and video posts take one video with no carousel.

Client approvals and comment replies

Agencies that post for clients can share posts through secure magic links, and the client reviews, approves or requests changes without a HighLevel login. There is also a post approval step before publishing for internal review. Comment management covers Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Communities, Bluesky and Threads: you can reply, like and read threaded replies, but hiding or deleting comments is not supported, and only comments on posts published through Social Planner appear. Reply length follows each network, for example 150 characters on TikTok and 300 on Bluesky.

Reporting and AI costs

The planner tab shows drafts, scheduled posts, published posts and failures, and the statistics view reports platform metrics. Dashboard widgets can aggregate posts, likes, comments, shares, impressions, reach and followers into a client report. The scheduler has no usage fee. The only metered piece is Content AI when it writes captions or generates images: $0.0945 per 1,000 words and $0.063 per image on pay per use. Both AI Employee plans ($50 Growth or $97 Unlimited per sub-account) include Content AI, so a client already paying for AI Employee writes captions at no extra cost.
