The short answer
The GoHighLevel white label mobile app is a paid add-on that puts your agency's own branded app in the Apple App Store and Google Play, so clients use your app instead of the HighLevel or LeadConnector app. It costs $497 a month or $1,491 a quarter and is included in the Enterprise plan. Agencies now build it themselves in HighLevel's self-service Mobile App Customizer and publish it under their own Apple and Google developer accounts, which require a D-U-N-S number and a registered company.
| Plans | Paid add-on (Custom Agency App subscription, monthly or quarterly); included in the Enterprise plan. |
|---|---|
| Cost | $497/month or $1,491/quarter, plus Apple's Developer Program at $99/year and a Google Play Console organization account. |

What the add-on gives you
The add-on buys a branded build of HighLevel's mobile app. In the Mobile App Customizer you set the app name, icon, splash and login logos in light and dark versions, colors and fonts, then choose which modules appear and whether navigation sits in a bottom bar or a left drawer. Custom modules can open external URLs or embedded pages, and app drawer categories can be reorganized. Clients download an app carrying your name from the stores and log in to their sub-account. The features underneath are HighLevel's standard mobile app, so the branding, not extra functionality, is what the monthly fee pays for.
What you need before you start
The key point is who owns the store listings. The app is published under your agency's own developer accounts, so you control releases and keep the listings. The paperwork is yours as well. Apple's organization enrollment asks for a legal entity, a public company website, a domain email address and someone with authority to sign for the business, and it can take up to 48 hours to activate. Start the D-U-N-S number and Apple enrollment before you subscribe, since they are usually the slowest steps.
- A D-U-N-S number, which Apple requires for organizations
- An Apple Developer Program organization account with App Store Connect access ($99 a year)
- A registered company: Apple does not accept DBAs or sole proprietorships for organization enrollment
- A Google Play Console organization account
- Publicly hosted privacy policy and terms URLs
- Admin or App Manager rights in App Store Connect, and Admin or Release Manager rights in Play Console
Building and publishing the app
Once branding and modules are set, guided wizards connect your Apple and Google accounts, you subscribe to the Custom Agency App plan, and you start a build with a changelog note. The customizer generates the bundle and package identifiers, shows live build status, and supports an Internal track for testing and a Production track for release. You also prepare the store listing inside the customizer: title, descriptions, support contact and policy links. If a build fails, it shows diagnostics to review before retrying. Apple and Google review times vary with how complete your metadata and screenshots are, so leave slack before promising clients a launch date.
Is it worth $497 a month?
The quarterly price of $1,491 is exactly three months at $497, so it buys no discount: either way the app costs $5,964 a year before Apple's $99 fee. It makes sense for agencies selling HighLevel as their own software, usually on Agency Pro with SaaS Mode, where clients should never see another company's name. For an agency with a few clients, the standard LeadConnector app, included on every plan, gives the same phone features under a neutral name; what changes is only the name and icon on the home screen. Agencies on the Enterprise plan get the white label app included.
