The short answer
Yes. Under Settings, Domains & URL Redirects, you can connect a root domain or subdomain you own to HighLevel funnels, websites, stores, blogs and webinars. HighLevel sets up DNS automatically at providers that support Domain Connect, or you add one record by hand: an A record for a root domain or a CNAME for a subdomain. SSL is issued automatically once the domain connects.
The DNS records HighLevel asks for
In the sub-account, go to Settings, Domains & URL Redirects, click Connect a domain and choose the Funnel, Website, Store, Blog or Webinar option. Enter the domain, then pick Continue to try Domain Connect, or add the record manually at whichever provider hosts your DNS. Once HighLevel verifies the record, choose the funnel or website and the page that loads at the bare address, then set a 404 page. When you connect a root domain, HighLevel can also add the www version with a 301 redirect to the root.

Mistakes that stop a domain connecting
Most failures come from DNS conflicts. A hostname can point to only one platform, so if the root domain already runs a site or service that must stay live, connect a subdomain such as offers.example.com instead. Never create an A record and a CNAME for the same hostname. On Cloudflare, set the HighLevel record to DNS only rather than Proxied. DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to spread. Email is separate: sending from your domain uses its own subdomain and records under Email Services, so keep it apart from the website hostname.
Buying a domain inside HighLevel instead
If you do not own a domain yet, sub-accounts can buy one under Settings, Domains & URL Redirects once the agency turns on Domain Purchase in its company settings. Most extensions can be registered for up to 10 years and the .co family for up to 5, and WHOIS privacy is included. HighLevel emails a renewal reminder 67 days before expiry. The purchase is final: it cannot be refunded or canceled, and after an account closes, moving the domain away takes a release request. Agencies can choose to rebill domain purchases to each sub-account.
