No. HighLevel has no free plan. It offers a 14 day free trial on any plan, a card is required at signup, and billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel. After that the cheapest option is Starter at $97 a month or $970 a year, and texts, calls, email and AI usage can be charged even while the trial runs.
What the free trial includes
HighLevel's pricing page says the 14 day trial gives full access to the features of the tier you pick, so a trial on Unlimited shows you Unlimited, not a reduced version. Its free trial page says no subscription fee is processed on the day you sign up and that the card on file is charged when the trial expires unless you cancel. The pricing page disclaimer adds that usage-based fees for telecommunications or third-party services may apply during the trial, so a phone number or a batch of test texts is billed straight away.
What you pay once the trial ends
There are three published plans and a custom one. All are month to month with no long-term contract, or you can pay yearly at ten times the monthly rate. Contacts and users are unlimited on every plan, so the price does not rise as your list or team grows. Usage runs on top from a prepaid wallet that recharges your card when it runs low.

Some pieces carry no separate fee once you pay for a plan. HighLevel's AI pricing article lists Funnel and Website AI as free up to 1,000 prompts a day per sub-account, and Email AI and the knowledge base as included under fair use. The workflow builder and its Generate with AI option cost nothing, while premium AI actions are $0.01 each. HighLevel's blog also calls its LeadConnector mobile app free. All of this sits inside a paid account, though, so none of it amounts to a free tier you can stay on.
