The short answer
Partly with a built-in tool. HighLevel's funnel builder can import ClickFunnels 1.0 and 2.0 pages one funnel step at a time from each step's live URL. Products and contacts move by CSV, while courses, membership areas, store funnels and email sequences have to be rebuilt by hand, according to HighLevel's ClickFunnels migration guide.
Import funnel pages with the ClickFunnels importer
The importer copies a ClickFunnels page into a HighLevel funnel step, so you are not rebuilding the layout from a blank canvas. In the sub-account, open Sites, then Funnels, click New Funnel, name it and create it. Then click Add new step, enter the page name and path, paste the ClickFunnels link, tick the confirmation box and create the step. Repeat for each page. HighLevel's article says to paste the published (live) page link, not the ClickFunnels share link, and to import one funnel step at a time. It works for pages built in ClickFunnels 1.0 and 2.0.
Before you start, list every funnel with its page URLs, tracking codes, custom CSS, and the forms or payment steps attached to it. The importer brings the page design across, but form actions, order bumps and payment connections still need to be set up on the HighLevel side. Keep that list open while you preview each imported step so you can tick off what has been reconnected and spot anything that was lost.
What does not import and has to be rebuilt
ClickFunnels membership areas do not come across through the funnel link; HighLevel says to rebuild them with its Memberships tool. Courses follow the same path: the migration guide tells you to document each course's modules, lessons, quizzes and downloadable files in ClickFunnels, recreate them as HighLevel courses, then test learner access and completion tracking. Store funnels with upsell and downsell pages are rebuilt too, followed by a test purchase. Email workflows and broadcasts are recreated in HighLevel's email builder and workflows, so save copies of every ClickFunnels email template before you cancel.

Move products, payments and contacts
For products, select them under Products in ClickFunnels 2.0 and choose Export from the Actions menu. In HighLevel, go to Payments, then Products, and use Import as CSV. Payment gateways are reconnected rather than migrated: in HighLevel, open Payments, then Integrations, and connect Stripe, NMI or Authorize.net. For contacts, export a CSV from Customers in ClickFunnels 2.0 (HighLevel suggests starting with email, phone, name and time zone), open the file to confirm nothing is missing, then run HighLevel's contact CSV import. ClickFunnels custom attributes map to HighLevel custom fields, which need to exist before the import.
